About Austin
Austin O’Kelley currently oversees Noria’s global operations. He is skilled in delivering insightful presentations as well as strengthening relationships with business partners, peers and senior leadership on an international basis. Having obtained years of cross-industry experience, Austin has assisted in driving marketing initiatives and coordinating Noria training and consulting activities with more than 25 international colleagues over six continents. He is also a proven mentor, trainer and director of multidisciplinary teams in line with aggressive performance metrics.
In addition to helping Noria increase its international revenue by more than fivefold within his first year with the company, Austin has also aided in the launch of Noria’s first successful international installment of the Reliable Plant Conference & Exhibition, assisted in the development of the Machinery Lubrication India magazine, and participated in both sales and technical meetings within more than a dozen different countries.
Austin is an avid explorer who is always keen to visit new places and interact among diverse cultures; such experiences fuel his love for learning and his passion for continuous improvement.
