Common technical issues with the online training portal include:
- Expired access – If the content is no longer available on your account, your free one-year access may be expired. The course will need to be purchased again.
- Locked out of account – If you are locked out of your account, then your access might be expired. Again, you will need to re-purchase access or reach out to a Noria representative for more guidance.
- Trouble playing videos in the portal – Please make sure your browser and computer are up to date.
