Registrations canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the course are subject to a $75 service charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the course are not eligible for refunds.
Non-advance payment of registration fees does not void the cancellation policy. All registrations not canceled are still responsible for the full balance regardless of attendance.
ICML Exam Registration and Fees
All ICML Exams require the student to complete an application which can be found on ICML’s website. Noria does not process registration or payment for these exams, so arrangements for testing must be made directly with the ICML.
If you are unable to attend, and it is within 14 days of the course start date, you may send a colleague in your place. Requests for substitution must be received in writing 14 days before the course start date.
You may transfer your registration one (1) time to another course within the same calendar year. All transfers occurring less than 30 days out from the original course are subject to a $75 service charge. Transfer requests must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to the original course start date.
Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend due to an extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, Noria must be contacted in writing prior to the start of the course. Refunds will still be subject to the $75 service charge.
