Drew Troyer is Chief Vision Officer of Noria Corporation and President of Noria Reliability Solutions. He is a champion of plant reliability and is passionate about helping companies find hidden profits in their plants. He is a recognized expert and industry leader in maintenance and reliability and is a highly sought after consultant to Fortune 500 manufacturing firms.

He has developed dozens of processes and software applications to help companies define their strategic goals for managing plant reliability, economically justifying the plan's elements, and successfully implementing the strategy employing a systematic and properly sequenced method - helping his clients avoid costly mistakes.

As a mentor, Mr. Troyer understands both management expectations and plant floor realities first-hand. Drawing on his personal plant experiences, he has a unique ability to challenge and teach professionals at all levels. He serves as the principal consultant of Noria Reliability Solutions, Noria's reliability management division focusing on his technical specialties such as lean reliability, plant operations and financial justification for program deployment, general lubrication and oil analysis, training program development, and troubleshooting and failure root cause analysis.

Drew is a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), holds an MBA and has completed post-master’s graduate study in reliability engineering technology management and measurement theory.
