Mr. Troyer is a co-owner, President and CEO of Noria Corporation, and oversees all of Noria’s worldwide operations. He is a champion of lean plant reliability management and is passionate about helping companies find hidden profits in their plants. He is a recognized expert and industry leader in maintenance and reliability and is a highly sought after consultant to Fortune 500 manufacturing firms. Mr. Troyer specializes in communicating and quantifying the financial benefits of lean reliability management to executives and senior-level managers. He has developed dozens of proprietary processes and software applications to help his clients define their strategic goals for managing plant reliability, economically justifying the plan’s elements, and successfully implementing the strategy employing a systematic and properly sequenced method – helping his customers avoid costly mistakes.
