Stacey’s commitment to the industrial plant maintenance and reliability industry extends beyond her commitment to Noria. An active member of the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), she serves as the Chairperson of the SMRP Diversity Committee. She’s passionate about her belief that to unlock the full potential of the opportunity plant reliability management offers, we need to diversify participation in our community, both in terms of the traditional definitions of diversity (age, race, gender, etc.), but also in terms of professional focus within the manufacturing firm.
