Ingrid is responsible for the operations of Noria Brasil and its growth. She is also responsible for promoting the seminars as well as preparing the material in Portuguese. She is the point of contact of the business and coordinates the client’s needs on training or any other services that Noria offers, helping them understand the purpose of the company and providing information as needed.

She’s graduated in Tourism, and lived in the United States for a couple of years where she gained a lot of experience in customer service and took several courses on marketing and business development strategies.
