Jim Fitch is president and co-founder of Noria Corporation. As Noria’s most experienced and well-known consultant, Jim spends most of his time in highly specialized consulting activities and failure investigations and training in machinery lubrication, oil analysis and effective contamination control. Jim has over 20 years experience in training, consulting and research in the fields of machinery lubrication, oil analysis, tribology and contamination control. He has also served as an independent expert for numerous clients. |

Drew Troyer is a co-founder and senior vice president in charge of Noria’s Global Services, providing consulting services to clients worldwide. Consulting activities include general lubrication and oil analysis, training program development, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis, financial justification for program deployment and lubricant supplier selection, among others. |

Mark Barnes, PhD, is vice president of Noria Reliability Solutions (NRS), the Services Division of Noria Corporation. He and his group work on numerous consulting projects in the areas of plant audits and gap analysis, machinery lubrication program design, oil analysis program design, lube PM rationalization and redesign, lubricant storage and handling, contamination control system design and lubrication and mechanical failure investigations. |
