Kim is responsible for performing ongoing analysis of internal operating practices and procedures, which includes identifying, implementing, and managing optimal business processes. Kim manages the logistical components for the delivery of services to Noria’s clients. She disseminates information internally to various groups within the organization in support of consulting activities, private seminars, and online training. Prior to joining Noria in 2003, she served in multiple research and analytical roles including the valuation of multi-million dollar power contracts for an energy marketing and trading company. Kim holds a BS in Finance and a MBA.
