Aaron Black has over 10 years of experience in the lubrication industry. His experience in a high volume lubricant analysis laboratory has allowed him to gain a wide-ranging knowledge of lubricant analysis. During his employment with Allied Services Group his responsibilities included supporting two large industrial plants in their lubrication programs, from sample collection and analysis up to and including site development with Noria’s Lubrication Program Design (LPD).

In 2005, Aaron joined Noria to support Noria Reliability Solutions (NRS) as a Technologist. He works with LPD programs and also supports Noria Analytical Solutions (NAS) as a Data Analyst for the Remote Oil Analysis Diagnostics program where he reviews sample reports for clients and makes recommendations and condition assessments.

Aaron is a certified Machine Lubricant Analysis (MLA) Level I and Level II, Machine Lubrication Technical (MLT) Level I and a Laboratory Lubricant Analysts (LLA) Level I by the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML). He is an active volunteer for ICML and serves on the MLA II certification committee.
