Audits (Lubrication Program Design)
Noria’s Lubrication Program Design service (LPD) offers a three-part action plan that can help you build a complete lubrication PM and PdM program from the ground up. The LPD Phase I includes benchmarking, planning and scoping of a lubrication program best suited for your facility, plus a cost benefit analysis. Phase II provides detailed program design, and Phase III is the actual implementation of the recommendations made in Phases I and II. The LPD process results in the compilation of highly-customized task-based procedures for each asset, complete with task specific details, and the oil analysis test procedures to use. Failure Investigation
Noria experts have participated in numerous failure investigations including analyzing lubricant properties and performance in servo valves, pumps and bearings in gearboxes, diesel engines, combustion turbines and hydraulic systems. The failure investigation services focus on solving a specific problem, rather than simply identifying the obvious and secondary issues. Our goal is to identify the root cause of the failure and provide future recommendations.
