Official Contest Rules
Noria Corporation is responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of these official rules. All decisions concerning the contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner will be made by Noria, whose decisions shall be final.
Who Can Enter
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age and older who attend the 2006 Lubrication Excellence, Reliability World, and Lean Manufacturing exhibition. Residents of the States of Rhode Island, New York , Florida , and any state where this contest is prohibited are not eligible. Employees, officers, agents, or representatives of Noria Corporation and all 2006 Lubrication Excellence, Reliability World, and Lean Manufacturing exhibiting companies, including their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and contractors, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to win.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries must be made using an official game card available from distribution points at the 2006 Lubrication Excellence, Reliability World, and Lean Manufacturing exhibition located in the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Eligible participants will be entered in the drawings by completing a game card, filling in the contact information section, and submitting the card at the designated collection point. To be complete, an entry must have stamps from ALL participating sponsors listed on the official game card. Stamps are obtained by visiting the sponsors' booth on the exhibition floor. Sponsoring exhibitors may require entrants to experience sales presentations as a prerequisite to obtaining a stamp.
An entry must be turned in at the official collection point located in the Greater Columbus Convention Center during normal exhibition hours. Entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. local time on May 16-17, 2006 for participation in the daily prize drawings and by 12:45 p.m. local time on May 18, 2006 for inclusion in the daily and grand prize drawings. Any daily prize winner will also be eligible for the grand prize drawing.
Noria is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or printing errors. Entries that are incomplete, late, mutilated, tampered with, illegible or ineligible will be deemed void. Noria reserves the right to cancel or modify the game if the administration of the game becomes corrupted in any manner. All entries become the property of Noria and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and understand that the results are final in all respects. By participating, entrants also agree to release and hold Noria harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the game or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
There is one (1) grand prize of a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser, and two (2) daily prizes each day, the nature and value of which will be determined before the drawing. The actual PT Cruiser model and options may vary from those shown in promotional materials.
The winners will be selected by a random drawing of all valid entries received by the stated deadlines. Daily prize drawings will occur at approximately 4:10 p.m. local time, or as soon thereafter as possible, on each day of the event. The grand prize drawing will occur at approximately 1:00 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as possible, on May 18, 2006 . ALL PRIZE WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. Winning entrants must claim their prizes within two minutes of the drawing or an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. Once an alternate drawing is completed, all claims of any previously announced winner are foreclosed. Prize winners will be asked to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity before receiving the prize. If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release is not returned on a timely basis, the prize will be forfeited by that winner and awarded to an alternate winner from a random drawing of the remaining valid entries. The same conditions apply to the alternate winner. The winner may not assign or alter the prize. By signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions without additional compensation. The winner is responsible for all tax, title, registration, and licensee fees and local, county, state, and federal taxes.
Miscellaneous
The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. This game is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
