The Reliability Engineer Track of Reliability World 2005,
co-located in San Antonio with Lubrication Excellence 2005,
will focus upon information relevant to individuals who
serve as plant- or corporate-level reliability engineers.

reliability programs in industrial plants, mills, mines
and facilities. They influence operations, maintenance,
purchasing and other functions that directly or indirectly
affect and/or depend upon equipment asset reliability.
The track runs all three days of the conference. Each
presentation slot is 50 minutes in length. The presenter
is expected to provide a written paper to the conference
organizers that will be included in the conference proceedings
and to prepare appropriate presentation materials (for
example, a PowerPoint presentation) with which to address
the conference audience.
Papers and presentations should be practical in nature.
They may be strategic, conceptual, experiential or some
combination of the three. To submit a proposal for inclusion

Commercialism is prohibited from the presentations. The
conference organizers realize that for presentations which
depend upon a technique or technology that is sold in the
market, it is sometimes necessary to include screen shots
or use of the technique or technology in the presentation.
However, such inclusions must be focused upon conveying
the general theme of the technical or strategic topic,
not simply a veiled sales pitch.
