Giveaway Rules

The Drawing: Entry cards will be accepted during the Lubrication Excellence/Reliability World 2005 Conference, beginning April 26, 2005. A random drawing from qualified entries will be held at 3:30 p.m. on April 28, 2005 in the Lubrication Excellence/Reliability World 2005 Exhibit Hall. Presence at drawing is required to claim prize. The winning entrant must claim the prize within one minute of the drawing or another entrant will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. When the alternate drawing is completed, claims of the originally winning entrant are foreclosed.

Entries: To qualify, entries must be stamped by all Exhibitors participating in the Giveaway at Lubrication Excellence/Reliability World 2005. Exhibitors may require entrants to experience sales presentations as a prerequisite to obtaining such a stamp. Only one entry per delegate will be permitted. Entries must be submitted to designated entry collection locations prior to the drawing. All entries must be verified by a Noria Corporation staff member at the entry collection location.

To Qualify: Only delegates of Lubrication Excellence/Reliability World 2005 are qualified to win. Employees of Lubrication Excellence/Reliability World 2005 exhibiting companies and their families are not eligible to win. Employees and the families of Noria Corporation employees are not eligible to win. Contractors or families of contractors of Lubrication Excellence/Reliability World 2005 or the Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center or the RK Group are not eligible to win. Employees and the families of Snell, MRG, IVC, Unitech, and Allied NDT Inspections are not eligible to win.

Prize: One new Harley-Davidson® Sportster®. The winning entrant is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, surcharges and any fees involved with taking possession of the motorcycle. The winner is responsible for the title, license and registration of the motorcycle.

Warranty: Noria Corporation does not assume any responsibility for any losses, damages or injury resulting from the motorcycle or its operation. Noria Corporation makes no warranty of any kind regarding the motorcycle.

Winning Entrant: Winning entrant may be required to participate in publicity promotions after the drawing. Noria Corporation reserves the right to determine whether the entrant meets any requirement to claim one of the prizes.
