Midori Teruyama assumed the office of President and CEO of Nippon Noria Ltd. (NNL) in February 2006. NNL’s mission is to transfer the knowledge of Noria into the Japanese market. Teruyama also performs sales and marketing functions for Noria publications such as magazines, books and e-mail newsletters to Japanese readers.
Midori gained valuable experience as an editor in the field of microelectronics for 15 years before joining Noria. She learned special QTAT in semiconductor business, production technology, management technology, factory processes (such as clean rooms) and engineering, and reported on these topics with great enthusiasm. Her publishing experience also delves into adverting sales management.
Before joining the industrial world, she majored in graphic design at Tama Art University (in Tokyo) and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. After four years working in a university laboratory, she traveled to the United States and stayed in New York City for several months.
